Trip Highlights

Customize Your Groups Trip

A Journey Through Costa Rica (2 nights)

Get ready for an incredible 11-day journey that loops through the very best of Costa Rica. You will start and end in the beautiful Central Valley, an area surrounded by mountains that boasts a perfect climate and stunning vistas. From there, your group will travel through diverse landscapes including the Caribbean coast, the northern lowlands, and the base of the massive Arenal Volcano.

Sea Turtle Research & Community Activities (3 nights)

One of the biggest highlights of this trip is heading to the turtle project on the Caribbean coast. You will walk the beaches at night on turtle patrols, searching for nesting sea turtles in the small community of Parismina. On the way, you visit a unique butterfly farm to learn about the rainforest. The group can also take a canal boat ride to spot local animals and participate in community activities like a cooking class, dance class, local organic farm, and beach cleanups.

Culture and Community Connection (2 nights)

This trip goes deep into the heart of Costa Rican culture. You will travel south to Cahuita to experience its rich Afro-Caribbean and indigenous heritage, including a special day trip to the Bri Bri community. A relaxing beach day at Cahuita National Park reenergizes the group.

Whitewater Rafting (1 night)

Head up to the Sarapiqui Region to go whitewater rafting on the Reventazon River and then head to a local lodge for the night.

Arenal Volcano (2 nights)

Stay at the base of this formerly active volcano in a hotel with wonderful hot springs. From there, you will have options to hike to the bottom of a waterfall, fly through the forest on ziplines, or visit a local organic farm.
