Lead a Trip

Are you interested in sharing an adventure with friends or associates, perhaps a group of college friends or other families? If you assemble the group, we plan all the details.

While you’ll be responsible for signing up and preparing your tour participants, we’ll supply you with all the materials and assistance you need. Our experienced staff makes it easy as 1-2-3. And once you arrive at your destination, we’ll take it from there!

Price

The cost will vary depending on the itinerary you choose. The price includes a bilingual naturalist guide, accommodations and meals, activity and entrance fees, and transportation within Costa Rica. NOT INCLUDED: airfare to Costa Rica, exit taxes, travel insurance, and tips to your guides and driver.

Free Travel

The best part of leading a tour? You travel for free!  With a group of 10 or more, one tour leader travels free of charge.   And with 20 people in your group, two hosts will travel expenses-paid.
